We strive to deliver the best level of service to our customers, you can get a refund or exchange of your purchase for any of these reason.

Eligibility
To get a refund you will need to send the product back to our nearest depot to you. We have depots in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth and Orange NSW. You can deliver these back personally or have a courier return them.

How long will it take and method of refund?
Within 2 business days of the good arriving back at the depot we will send you a refund using the method which was used to pay for the goods. If bank transfer we will send back to the same bank account, if with credit card using Stripe Payment gateway, we will refund the card used to pay.
Who pays for the transport of the returned items?
If its our mistake, wrong size , colour or damage incurred we will cover the cost of returning the item. If its your mistake, ordered the wrong thing or didn’t measure the space its meant for , then you will cover the cost of return transportation.
